Investments

In early 2009 both the Harvard Business Review and Time Magazine suggested that now is the time to invest in Africa. We offer you a way to diversify into international investments, help the poor and perhaps enjoy a nice return yourself.

 

Cheetah has an investment plan to meet the needs of many investors. You may desire to make small or large investments, or seek to diversify your risk or perhaps want to become more directly involved in a specific project. Of course, we must let you know that:

We have two basic ways of investing:

Mustard Seed
Gardener

Mustard Seed Fund

Gardener Fund

Small to large investments spread across our projects with defined returns.

Investments that cover the entire needs of a single project and receive information about the results of that project.

Investments from $3,000 and up

You or your group cover an entire project need (typically $5,000 to $500,000)

Choose an interest rate of 1%, 2% or 3%. Your discounted interest is a help to the poor and may be tax deductible

Choose from 3, 4 or 5 years maturity periods

Subject to the terms of the specific investment; typically from 18 months to several years

Structured as an unsecured note; that is, you are providing a loan and receiving no collateral; the loan is not insured nor guaranteed in any way
